Installer spraying foam insulation under the roof deck of a home attic

The service

What is spray foam insulation?

Spray foam is applied as a liquid that expands on contact, sealing the air leaks that let Florida heat and humidity into your home or building. Because it insulates and air-seals at the same time, it's a strong choice for attics with AC ducts, metal buildings and hard-to-reach areas.

We price spray foam per board foot (1 sq ft at 1 inch thick), so your quote reflects exactly how much foam your project needs.

Open-cell

  • Softer foam that expands more
  • Approx. R-3.5 to R-3.8 per inch
  • Great for roof decks and sound control

Closed-cell

  • Dense, rigid foam
  • Approx. R-6 to R-7 per inch
  • Adds moisture resistance — great for metal buildings and crawl spaces
